AlphaTec® 38-001 chemical protective glove

Ansell's AlphaTec® 38-001 is a highly specialized chemical protection glove designed for the safe handling of extremely aggressive substances. What makes this glove special is its innovative, water-based butyl formulation, which offers outstanding protection against aldehydes, ketones, solvent esters, and highly concentrated mineral acids. Its protective performance is confirmed by comprehensive certification according to EN 374-1 Type A (ABCIKMPST). Furthermore, it is tested according to EN 374-5 (virus protection) as well as EN 421 for protection against radioactive contamination. Since the AlphaTec® 38-001 is manufactured without a liner (unlined), it offers exceptional dexterity and tactility for a butyl glove. This enables precise work even under difficult conditions.

With a total length of approx. 350 mm, it also reliably protects the forearm area from splashes. For maximum safety during handling, the raised diamond pattern on the palm ensures excellent grip in both wet and dry environments. The glove is available in black and is supplied in pairs in bags.
