Protos® Integral Climber climbing protection combination

The PROTOS® Climber is a professional head protection system for work at heights, technical rescues, as well as climbing activities in both professional and private settings. The helmet is certified according to EN 12492 and EN 397, providing comprehensive protection for demanding tasks. With the PROTOS® MaClip chin strap, it also holds certifications according to EN 1078 and EN 1077 Class B. As a result, the manufacturer also designates this model as suitable for use as a bicycle, ski, and snowboard helmet.

Safety features include the MaClip chin strap and the integrated Crash Absorber, which enables significantly increased impact absorption compared to conventional safety helmets. A 3-point suspension with a shock-absorber construction, along with the neck protection shell, supports all-around protection and specifically shields the back of the head during falls. The high-tech honeycomb structure, combined with the adjustable ventilation slider, ensures active air circulation directly at the head and increases wearing comfort during physically demanding assignments.

The PROTOS® Climber has a modular design and can be individually expanded with suitable PROTOS® accessories. The adjustable head size ranges from 54 to 62 cm; an extra-large size for 56 to 64 cm is also available. The weight is approximately 678 g. The helmet is offered in various color finishes and is particularly suitable for work at heights, climbing operations, and technical rescue.
