Description
The BP® Lightweight Multi-Norm High-Visibility Trousers APC2 combine comprehensive protection with high visibility and lightweight comfort – ideal for use in construction, energy supply, industry, or municipal operations. Made from an innovative material blend of modacrylic, cotton, polyamide, and aramid with a weight of only 265 g/m², they offer durability and safety without being bulky.
The trousers meet a multitude of relevant standards: high visibility according to EN ISO 20471 (class 1, from size 50 class 2), electrostatic discharge (EN 1149-5), chemical protection type 6 (EN 13034), knee protection in combination with knee pads (EN 14404), electric arc protection (IEC 61482-2, class 1; class 2 in the double-layer area), welder protection (EN ISO 11611, class 1 A1), as well as heat and flame protection (EN ISO 11612 – A1, B1, C1, F1). They thus offer the highest level of safety for a wide variety of work environments.
The ergonomic cut with a slim fit, raised waistband at the back, and side elastic waistband ensures excellent freedom of movement and an optimal fit. Practical features such as two side pockets, one back pocket, one thigh pocket with an integrated smartphone pocket, a ruler pocket with a pen compartment, and knee pad pockets round off the functionality. Reflective strips around the trouser legs ensure maximum visibility in poor light conditions.
Easy-care and durable, the trousers are suitable for industrial laundering according to ISO 15797. They can be washed at 60 °C, tumble-dried at a low temperature, and ironed at medium heat. This makes them the ideal companion for daily use with the highest requirements for safety, comfort, and durability.
