Electro-optical welding helmet FLASH FLASHV

The Bollé Safety Flash auto-darkening welding helmet (model FLASHV) is an advanced welding protection solution designed as an auto-darkening helmet to provide the highest level of protection, comfort, and visibility during welding tasks. It is suitable for all common welding processes such as manual metal arc welding (MMA), MIG/MAG, TIG, and plasma, and offers a reliable barrier against hazardous UV and infrared radiation, flying sparks, and spatter. With an XXL field of view of 98 × 87 mm, the helmet provides excellent all-around vision, which facilitates precise work while reducing eye strain – ideal for demanding welding tasks.

The auto-darkening helmet is equipped with an active darkening filter that automatically adjusts to light conditions during welding, as well as variable shade levels (5-8 / 9-13) for different brightness ranges. An ergonomic memory foam headband ensures a comfortable fit over long periods of use, and a low battery indicator along with replaceable batteries increase reliability in practical application. Weighing approximately 562 g, the helmet offers a comfortable feel despite its technological features. It meets the safety standards EN 166, EN 175, and EN 379 and is resistant to extreme temperatures from about -10 °C to +60 °C – an excellent choice for professional welders who do not want to compromise on their PPE.
