Ultrane 550 Assembly Glove

The MAPA Ultrane 550 is a classic, highly sensitive work glove for precision tasks in dry working environments. Due to its reduced wall thickness and seamless knitted liner (gauge 13), it offers excellent tactile sensitivity, which is rated with the highest score of 5/5 according to EN ISO 21420. The cellular structure of the polyurethane coating ensures sweat absorption and comfortable wear – even during prolonged use. With EN 388: 4131X certification, the glove provides reliable mechanical protection, particularly against abrasion. It is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, silicone-free, and contains only trace amounts of DMF, in compliance with applicable workplace exposure limits.

This makes it perfectly suited for sensitive production areas where clean, residue-free results are required, such as in electronics manufacturing, the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, or precision assembly. The Ultrane 550 is available in sizes 5 to 10, in white, with a knitted cuff. Typical applications include sorting small parts, assembling microprocessors, displays, or LED components, riveting antennas, and the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals or cosmetics.
