Description
The COFRA HAZARD jacket is a high-quality flame-retardant and antistatic work jacket for professional use in demanding and potentially explosive work environments. The robust fabric consists of 88% cotton, 11% nylon, and 1% carbon with a weight of 310 g/m². The jacket meets the requirements of EN 13034 Type 6, EN ISO 13688, EN 1149-5, EN ISO 11611 Class 1 A1/A2, EN ISO 11612 A1/A2 B1 C1 E2, and IEC 61482-2 APC 1, thereby offering comprehensive protection for various industrial applications.
For high practical utility, the HAZARD features two wide front pockets with Velcro closure as well as two chest pockets with Velcro closure. A quick-fastening system with snap buttons allows for rapid opening of the jacket. The cuffs are individually adjustable via Velcro. In addition, the jacket has a rear ventilation system. ATEX embroidery on the right sleeve and an embroidered pictogram on the bottom indicate its specific suitability for corresponding work environments. The jacket is also recommended for ATEX environments and is not detectable by metal detectors.
The COFRA HAZARD is particularly suitable for welding work as well as for industry, chemistry, energy supply, and other work areas with heat, flame, or electrostatic hazards. It is available in navy and in EU sizes from 44 to 64.
