Portwest Endurance PS63 Safety Helmet for Working at Height

The Portwest PS63 – ventilated Endurance helmet for working at height is a lightweight, compact safety helmet without a peak, specially designed for working at height. The ventilated helmet shell provides additional air circulation and keeps the head comfortably cool even during strenuous tasks.

The shell is made of robust ABS plastic. Inside, a 6-point textile suspension system and a technical sweatband provide high wearing comfort; the ratchet wheel allows the head harness to be adjusted from 52 to 63 cm to suit the head size. The Y-shaped 4-point chin strap with a soft rubber chin guard ensures that the helmet sits securely even when working at height.

The helmet is CE certified to EN 397 with the additional requirements for very low and very high temperatures (−30 °C / +50 °C) and meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I Class C. Due to the ventilation openings, it offers no protection against electrical voltage. It can be combined with the PW47 and PS47 clip-on earmuff hearing protectors, the HV-Extreme hearing protectors, the PW58 visor holder, and the PA03 eye protection. If undamaged, the service life is up to seven years from the date of manufacture.

The safety helmet is available in white, yellow, orange, royal blue, and black in the one size 52–63 cm; yellow and orange also provide better visibility in daylight. This makes the Portwest PS63 a lightweight, well-ventilated choice for anyone working safely at height.
