The rECOflexy 7143 rain trousers from PLANAM keep you dry in continuous rain while ensuring visibility – in construction, warehousing and logistics, plumbing and HVAC, municipal road construction, landscaping, and automotive engineering. The bright yellow color and segmented reflective strips meet the requirements of visibility class 2 according to EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016, making the wearer easily recognizable early on, even in poor visibility conditions.
The outer fabric consists of 100% recycled polyester with a PU coating, and the lining is 100% polyester. The trousers are waterproof, windproof, and breathable, featuring 4-way stretch that moves with you when bending or kneeling. According to EN 343:2019, they are rated class 3-3-X: class 3 for water penetration resistance and class 3 for water vapor resistance, the highest levels achievable in each category. The X in the third position indicates that the additional rain tower test was not performed.
An elastic waistband ensures a secure fit without the need for a belt, and the leg cuffs can be adjusted with snap buttons to fit over boots or safety shoes. They should be washed at 40 °C on a normal cycle; bleaching, tumble drying, ironing, and dry cleaning are not permitted, and the manufacturer specifies a maximum service life of 25 washes.
The rECOflexy rain trousers are available in yellow in sizes S to 8XL; the same model is available as article 7142 in orange. Paired with the matching rain jacket, they form a completely waterproof high-visibility combination.
