Ansell HyFlex® 11-738 Glove

Ansell HyFlex® 11‑738 gloves offer exceptional protection and comfort in a modern design, making them ideal for demanding industrial and assembly environments. Thanks to the patented INTERCEPT™ Cut‑Resistance technology, which combines high-strength fibers such as glass fiber, Lycra®, nylon, and reinforced fibers, these gloves provide high-performance cut and heat protection. For added durability, the thumb area is reinforced – offering roughly twelve times greater resilience compared to conventional protective gloves.

The water-based polyurethane and nitrile coating ensures excellent grip, a comfortable tactile feel even on dry or slightly oily surfaces, and great finger dexterity. The modern FORTIX™ abrasion resistance technology increases the longevity of the gloves, making them particularly resistant to wear and daily repeated use.

The sustainable design contributes effectively to environmental protection: at least 24% of the material is recycled, allowing for a reduction of the carbon footprint by approximately 75 g CO₂eq per pair. Additionally, the packaging is almost plastic-free and consists of at least 65% recycled cardboard, supporting sustainable shipping and resource minimization.

Due to their properties – solvent-free, silicone-free, antistatic –, their skin-friendliness, and high performance in safety and grip, HyFlex 11‑738 gloves are perfectly suited for sensitive work areas such as automotive assembly, metal fabrication, maintenance, as well as molding and edge-cutting applications.
