The PORTWEST PS55 Endurance Helmet has been developed for professional use in construction, industry, and for maintenance and assembly work. The robust helmet shell made of impact-resistant ABS material offers reliable protection while remaining lightweight. Thanks to the ventilated outer shell, the climate inside the helmet remains comfortable even during long periods of wear. A comfortable 6-point textile suspension and a practical ratchet adjustment ensure an individual and secure fit. The included 4-point chin strap provides additional stability—especially when working at height or in unstable environments.
The helmet is certified according to standards and complies with EN 397 (with tests for extreme temperatures from -30°C to +50°C and lateral deformation shock absorption), ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I Class C, and AS/NZS 1801. It therefore meets the highest requirements for safety and functionality. In addition, the PS55 can be combined with accessories—such as visors, hearing protection, or warning systems—making it particularly flexible in application. The service life is up to seven years from the date of manufacture, provided the helmet remains undamaged.
