The AlphaTec® 58-835 from Ansell is a high-performance protective glove specifically designed for work environments involving both chemical and high mechanical risks. As experts at A+S Technigro with nearly 50 years of experience in personal protective equipment, we recommend this Category III model for complex tasks in the chemical industry, metalworking, or food production.
Its standout feature is the combination of comprehensive chemical protection according to EN 374-1 Type A (AJKLMNOPT) and the innovative INTERCEPT™ Cut Resistance Technology, which offers superior Level F cut protection per EN 388 (4X43F). An integrated safety feature is the orange inner liner, which acts as an indicator to signal immediately if the chemical protective barrier has been breached. For maximum efficiency when handling wet or oily components, the proven ANSELL GRIP™ nitrile shell treatment ensures excellent grip and reduces hand fatigue. The liner material made of HPPE, nylon, and technical yarns, combined with the nitrile coating, provides protection not only against cuts but also against thermal risks from contact heat up to 100°C (EN 407: X1XXXX).
The glove is also certified against viruses according to EN 374-5, is silicone-free, and is suitable for direct contact with food.
