Earplugs 1100

The 3M™ 1100B earplug refill bottle is designed for use with the E-A-R™ One Touch™ Pro dispenser and contains 500 pairs of disposable earplugs. The soft, orange-colored earplugs are made of nitrile and are designed to fit comfortably into most ear canals. The tapered design allows for comfortable insertion and creates low pressure in the ear – an important prerequisite for comfortable wear even during long work shifts.

The smooth and dirt-resistant surface supports hygienic handling and makes the earplugs a practical solution for workplaces with a regular need for hearing protection. With an SNR value of 37 dB, the 3M™ 1100B offers high noise attenuation for high-noise work environments. The earplugs comply with EN 352-2 and are intended for single use.

Typical areas of application are in industry, manufacturing, metalworking, construction, skilled trades, and other work environments with high noise levels. The refill bottle with 500 pairs allows for the centralized and needs-based supply of larger groups of employees with hearing protection. Combined with the matching One Touch™ Pro dispenser, the system enables quick and easy removal directly at the workplace, thereby supporting the practical provision of personal protective equipment.
