EVO R half mask, EN 140

The BLS 4000next half mask is a lightweight, robust, and reusable half mask that offers optimal protection when working with harmful gases, vapors, or particles. It meets the requirements of EN 140:1998 and is classified as Category III PPE – ideal for use in industry, construction, painting, maintenance, or cleaning. Its ergonomic shape and sophisticated design ensure a high level of comfort even during extended periods of use.

Equipped with a B-Lock bayonet connection, the mask allows for easy and secure attachment of two BLS 200 series filters. This filter configuration not only enhances protection but also increases the field of vision and optimizes weight distribution. The mask is approximately 25% lighter than conventional half masks and, thanks to the drop-off system, can be put on and taken off conveniently without having to remove the head harness. Tool-free disassembly allows for straightforward cleaning and maintenance.

The BLS 4000next is available in various materials such as silicone or thermoplastic rubber and offers a comfortable fit for different face shapes. It can be individually adjusted, is durable, easy to maintain, and highly versatile due to its modular design – a professional solution for reliable respiratory protection in daily work.
