Tegera® Cold Supply 6145 thermal mittens

The TEGERA® Cold Supply 6145 is a thermal-protective mitten for work in the cold chain and deep-freeze sector. The mitten design concentrates the hand's warmth, achieving a higher level of cold protection than a comparable glove – as indicated by the performance code 32X according to EN 511:2006. The palm made of TEGERA® Calothan™ insulates against contact cold and remains grippy even on frosted surfaces.

It features full-grain cowhide on the palm, polyester on the back of the hand, and a textile cuff. The 60 g Thinsulate™ lining is made of up to 78% recycled polyester. The palm, fingers, and thumb are reinforced; despite the substantial insulation, the mitten remains touchscreen-compatible, and the breathable back of the hand wicks away moisture.

Certification includes EN 388:2016+A1:2018 with performance code 2322X, EN 511:2006 with 32X, as well as EN ISO 21420:2020 and TP TC 019:2011; PPE Category II. The fifth digit of the EN 388 code and the third digit of the EN 511 code are marked with X – cut resistance according to EN ISO 13997 and water impermeability were not tested. The mitten is windproof and breathable, but not designed as waterproof protection.

The TEGERA® Cold Supply 6145 is available in black in sizes 7 to 12. For anyone working for hours in sub-zero temperatures who values warmth more than dexterity, it is the logical choice.
