Cold insulation glove Tegera® Cold Supply 6143

The TEGERA® Cold Supply 6143 is a cold-protective glove for workers in the cold chain – from frozen storage and order picking to refrigerated transport. Its palm, equipped with TEGERA® Calothan™, provides reliable insulation against contact cold while maintaining the grip essential for handling frozen goods. The thumb and index finger are touchscreen-compatible, allowing scanners and handheld devices to be operated without taking the gloves off.

The palm is made of full-grain cowhide with an anti-slip structure, the back of the hand is made of polyester, and the cuff is textile. Thermal performance is provided by a 40g Thinsulate™ lining, which is made from 35% recycled polyester. The grip area, fingers, and thumb are additionally reinforced to increase durability during continuous use.

The glove is certified according to EN 388:2016+A1:2018 with performance code 2223X as well as EN 511:2006 with 22X, and complies with EN ISO 21420:2020 and TP TC 019:2011; it belongs to PPE category II. The last digit of both codes is marked with an X: cut resistance according to EN ISO 13997 was not tested, nor was water resistance. The glove is windproof and breathable but does not provide protection against moisture.

The TEGERA® Cold Supply 6143 is available in black and in sizes 7 to 12. This provides a warm, high-grip glove that combines protection against cold with dexterity in refrigerated environments.
