Optime 3 Hi-Viz Earmuffs

The 3M PELTOR Optime III H540AV headband earmuffs are high-performance hearing protection for professional use in noise-intensive work environments such as construction, industry, transport, or machine shops. They belong to the 3M PELTOR Optime III series, which was specifically developed for extremely high noise levels and achieves high sound attenuation using double-shell technology. This technology minimizes resonance inside the ear cup, leading to an effective reduction of noise across a wide frequency range without completely suppressing important warning signals or communication.

The hearing protection is designed in a conspicuous hi-viz warning color (e.g., bright green/yellow), thus ensuring additional visibility in the working environment. Soft, wide foam-filled sealing rings ensure a comfortable fit around the ears, reduce pressure points, and prevent heat and moisture buildup, even during prolonged wear. The adjustable headband attachment adapts ergonomically to any head shape and ensures a secure, comfortable fit in combination with other personal protective equipment (PPE).

With an attenuation value of up to approx. 35 dB (SNR), the Optime III H540AV offers reliable hearing protection against high noise levels. It is tested according to the EN 352:2020 standard, which confirms its suitability as professional hearing protection, and is ideally suited for applications where high noise exposure occurs and visibility and comfort are required simultaneously.
