Optime 3 earmuffs, headband version

The 3M PELTOR Optime III H540A headband earmuffs are a high-performance, passive hearing protection solution for extremely noisy work environments such as construction, industry, manufacturing, or machine shops. They are part of the renowned Optime III series, which features advanced double-casing technology that effectively reduces noise levels by approximately 35 dB (SNR) – specifically for both high and low frequencies. This technology minimizes resonance inside the ear cups, providing maximum attenuation across varying noise sources without completely suppressing important warning signals or communication.

The ergonomic stainless steel spring headband, which is adjustable for a reliable and secure fit, ensures maximum comfort even during long periods of use. The generously sized, soft, wide foam sealing rings provide an effective acoustic seal with low pressure around the ears, reducing heat and moisture buildup inside the cups. The two-part cup design, which features a spacious interior, adds further comfort and underscores the product's high level of protection.

The 3M PELTOR Optime III H540A is tested to EN 352:2020 and is ideal for highly noise-intensive areas such as airports, power plants, engine rooms, or heavy industrial facilities. Thanks to its robust and ergonomic design, the headband hearing protection can be easily combined with other personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses or helmets – a reliable solution for professionals who require high-level hearing protection and long-lasting comfort in demanding work environments.
