The 3M PELTOR X5A headband earmuffs are high-quality, passive hearing protection from the 3M PELTOR X-Series, specifically designed for extremely noise-intensive work environments. Thanks to innovative dual-shell technology, they offer very high sound attenuation of up to 37 dB (SNR) and provide reliable protection against harmful noise levels – ideal for industry, construction, metalworking, or areas with low and high frequencies.

The hearing protection features an electrically insulated dual headband, with wide, soft foam sealing rings that ensure a comfortable fit and effective sealing – even during extended periods of use. The headband reduces heat and pressure buildup and ensures even pressure distribution on the head. Despite its high attenuation performance, the slim design makes the X5A relatively lightweight and comfortable for daily use, and it can be easily combined with other PPE elements such as safety glasses or helmets.

The 3M PELTOR X5A is tested according to EN 352:2020 and offers very high hearing protection for professional users.
