Mapa Ultrane 510 assembly glove

The MAPA Ultrane 510 is a high-performance glove for precision tasks where both comfort and protection are required. The breathable water-based polymer coating ensures a comfortable feel, even during extended use. Thanks to its ergonomic fit, the glove offers maximum dexterity (5/5 according to EN 420) and is particularly suitable for working with small components, vehicle assembly, or in the packaging sector. The high abrasion resistance according to EN 388 (performance level 4131X) ensures a long service life, which has a positive impact on cost-efficiency in daily work.

At the same time, the glove is DMF-free, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, and silicone-free – ideal for sensitive production environments such as paint lines or the food industry. Additionally, the Ultrane 510 can be washed once at 40 °C, allowing it to be reused multiple times and reducing waste. It is available in sizes 6 to 11, in black or green, and features a knitted cuff for a secure fit. Typical areas of application include the automotive industry, food processing, plastics processing, industrial maintenance, and logistics.
