Ultrane 500 Grip & Proof assembly glove

The MAPA Ultrane 500 is a robust, oil-resistant protective glove with Grip & Proof technology, which is particularly suitable for activities in dirty, damp, or oily work environments. The special nitrile coating offers excellent grip on smooth and oily surfaces and reliably protects against liquid penetration. This significantly reduces the risk of skin irritation or occupational dermatitis. At the same time, the seamless knitted liner (gauge 13) ensures very good dexterity with a top rating of 5/5 according to EN ISO 21420. The Ultrane 500 is also impressive due to its high abrasion resistance and a dark color, which is ideal for use in dirt-intensive areas.

Certified according to EN 388: 4121A and EN 407 (X1XXXX), it offers both mechanical protection and limited heat protection. The additional approval according to ISO 18889 (GR) enables safe use for re-entry tasks after the application of plant protection products. The glove is DMF-free, OEKO-TEX® certified, and silicone-free – ideal for paint shops or sensitive production areas. The Ultrane 500 is available in sizes 6 to 11, with a knitted cuff and in black. It is suitable for sectors such as the automotive industry, metal processing, the glass industry, and the agricultural sector, for instance when handling oily machine parts, cutting oil, glass sheets, metal sheets, or for stamping and embossing work. The glove is washable up to 5 times.
