The TEGERA UNIFORM 9079 is a highly specialized protective glove developed for applications where reliable needle-stick protection and high mechanical resistance are essential. As experts at A+S Technigro with over 40 years of experience, we particularly recommend this Category II model for security services, police, correctional facilities, and waste management companies.
The glove is certified according to ASTM F2878 and offers comprehensive protection for the fingertips (all-around protection) and the palm through its innovative needle-stick protection technology. Two layers of para-aramid in the palm and three layers at the fingertips ensure maximum safety while maintaining high flexibility. The material composition combines premium full-grain goatskin on the palm with breathable polyester and polypropylene on the back of the hand. This semi-lined model offers excellent wearing comfort due to its lining of cotton, para-aramid, and polyester, and is also resistant to contact heat up to 250 °C.
A short cuff with a practical pull tab facilitates quick putting on and taking off during duty. Despite its robust protection level (cut resistance level D), full touchscreen functionality is maintained, allowing for the operation of communication devices.
