3M 5925 P2R Particulate Filter

The 3M Particle Filter P2 5925 is a high-quality respiratory protection filter insert designed for reliable protection against solid and liquid particles such as dust, mist, fumes, and fibers. It complies with protection level P2 R according to EN 143:2000/P2 (particle filter), which ensures at least 94% filtration against medium particle loads, thus offering solid basic protection in many work environments – including sanding, grinding, and woodworking as well as general manufacturing activities. The insert filter is primarily intended as a pre-filter and is used in combination with 3M gas and vapor filters and an appropriate filter retainer (e.g., 501) to provide combined protection against particles and gaseous hazards when needed.

It is compatible with many 3M bayonet-connection respirators from the 6000, 6500QL, and 7500 series, as well as certain full-face masks. Thanks to its slim, lightweight design and low breathing resistance, the filter offers both safety and high wearer comfort without significantly restricting the mask's field of vision. If breathing resistance increases or visible contamination occurs, a timely filter replacement is recommended to maintain the protective effect.
