3M 5935 P3R Particulate Filter

The 3M™ Particulate Filter 5935 P3 is a high-performance respiratory filter insert that meets the P3 R protection level according to EN 143, offering premium protection against solid and liquid particles, including fine dust, mists, fumes, and other airborne particles. This P3 filtration reliably protects against particles that can be generated during mechanical tasks such as sanding, drilling, cutting, or metal and wood processing. The filter is designed as a bayonet-style filter and can be attached to 3M™ reusable respirators in the 6000, 6500QL, and 7500 series, as well as specific 6000 series full-face masks, in combination with 3M™ gas and vapor filters and the 3M™ Filter Retainer 501. This allows you to achieve combined protection against both particles and gaseous hazards.

Thanks to its effective filter medium with high particle separation, the 5935 filter provides a filtration efficiency of at least 99% of particles in the inhaled air while maintaining low breathing resistance for comfortable work over extended periods. The simple bayonet connection ensures quick, secure, and tool-free installation on the respiratory protection system. Applications include industrial manufacturing, grinding and woodworking, construction and renovation work, or situations with high dust and mist exposure where effective particle protection is required. The filter should be replaced regularly as soon as breathing resistance noticeably increases or if it becomes dirty, to ensure sustained protective performance.
