Ansell 11-591 HyFlex® cut-resistant glove

Ansell HyFlex® 11-591 gloves combine an ultralight design with outstanding cut resistance – at a weight approximately 20% lower than comparable ISO F / ANSI A9 protective gloves. Thanks to INTERCEPT™ Cut-Resistance Technology, based on high-performance next-generation single HPPE yarn, they achieve up to 12 times higher cut resistance – reliable protective performance that is ideal specifically for working with sharp-edged materials like glass or metal.

The abrasion-resistant design utilizes enhanced FORTIX™ technology, which ensures up to 20% longer durability when working in harsh environments. In addition, the gloves offer short-term heat protection (EN 407, contact heat level 1), which also qualifies them for handling warm workpieces. Touchscreen compatibility allows for flexible use without needing to remove them – especially useful for digital tasks in the production process.

With their breathable 13-gauge liner made of HPPE, nylon, spandex, tungsten, and graphene, the gloves fit like a second skin and noticeably increase wearer comfort. At the same time, they comply with numerous quality standards such as EN 388 (4X43F), EN ISO 21420, and ANSI A9, making them suitable for demanding industrial activities – particularly in metal fabrication, automotive assembly, maintenance, or glass processing.
