Description
The COFRA DISTANCE ESD S3 SRC is a modern, exceptionally lightweight safety shoe from the LIGHTECH line, developed for work environments with high demands on comfort, protection, and electrostatic discharge capabilities. The upper is made of innovative TECHSHELL fabric, which is not only extremely tear- and abrasion-resistant but also water-repellent and breathable—ideal for versatile use in both indoor and outdoor settings. The three-dimensional SANY-DRY® lining ensures a comfortable foot climate by quickly absorbing and wicking away moisture. The soft LIGHT FOAM ESD footbed, made of scented polyurethane, adapts ergonomically to the foot, supports the arch, and provides pleasant cushioning with every step.
Equipped with a non-metallic fiberglass toecap for protection up to 200 J as well as a puncture-resistant PEP midsole with low electrical resistance, the shoe meets the requirements of the EN ISO 20345:2011 S3 SRC standard. The XL EXTRALIGHT® outsole impresses with its low weight, high slip resistance, and fatigue-free walking sensation—particularly advantageous during long workdays or tasks involving a lot of movement.
The COFRA DISTANCE is available in sizes 36 to 48 and offers an excellent fit with widths of 10.5 Mondopoint (36–39) and 11 Mondopoint (40–48). Thanks to its ESD capability, it is especially suitable for sensitive work areas such as microelectronics, logistics, or laboratory environments where electrostatic discharge must be avoided.
