The ElTen CARL II S3 HI safety boot is specifically designed for demanding work environments, particularly for use in welding and areas exposed to heat. The high-quality upper material made of flame-retardant cowhide ensures robustness and durability, while the heat-resistant seams and padded collar offer additional protection against flying sparks and thermal stress.
The quick-release fastener, combined with an individual flap adjustment via an additional buckle, allows for a precise fit and rapid opening and closing of the boot – especially practical in critical work situations. Inside, a breathable leather lining ensures a comfortable foot climate, supported by the full-length "Basic Grey" insole. The antistatic soft fleece insole and the puncture-resistant steel midsole provide reliable protection against electrical charges and sharp objects.
For secure footing on slippery or heavily stressed surfaces, the coarse-treaded rubber/PU outsole SAFETY-GRIP is provided, complemented by a PU scuff cap to reinforce the forefoot area. The steel toe cap reliably protects against tensile and compressive loads. The CARL II meets the requirements of the EN ISO 20345:2022 standard – S3 FO / SR / SC / LG / HI / HRO, Form B. It is available in sizes 36 to 48.
