The TEGERA® 804 is a highly functional ESD protective glove with integrated class C cut protection, making it ideal for demanding tasks in electronics, assembly, industry, and ATEX-hazardous work environments. Manufactured using an innovative 18-gauge knit construction with CRF® technology and a blend of carbon, glass fiber, HPPE, and elastane, this glove offers an optimal combination of flexibility, comfort, and mechanical durability.
The three-quarter nitrile coating ensures a secure grip—even in oily or damp conditions—and provides additional protection against abrasion and contact heat up to 100 °C. The glove is antistatic certified in accordance with IEC 61340-5-1 and EN 16350, making it suitable for electrostatically sensitive work environments. Its touchscreen functionality allows mobile devices to be operated conveniently without the need to remove the glove. The breathable design in black, blue, and gray ensures a comfortable fit, even during extended use.
The TEGERA® 804 is available in sizes 6 to 11. Its latex-free construction makes it suitable for individuals with a latex allergy. It complies with the EN standards EN 388:2016 + A1:2018 (3X41C), EN 407:2020 (X1XXXX), EN ISO 21420:2020, as well as IEC 61340-5-1:2016 and EN 16350:2014, offering a high level of safety and quality for professional users.
