Chicago High-Visibility Bib Overalls

The CHICAGO high-visibility work trousers are designed for safety and functionality in everyday professional use. They are made from fluorescent high-visibility fabric (PESCO 74, approximately 60% polyester, 40% cotton, approx. 290 g/m²), supplemented by reinforcing inserts made of nylon Cordura® in the knee areas. Thanks to the use of these materials and 70 mm reflective strips, the trousers comply with the EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016, Class 2 standard, thereby offering high visibility.

In terms of equipment, the CHICAGO offers many practical features: adjustable Cordura® knee pockets (compatible with DASSY® CRATOS knee pads, EN 14404 certified), two slanted front pockets, back pockets – one with a flap, the other open –, two leg pockets, a tool pocket, a pen and knife pocket, and a mobile phone pocket. The waistband is equipped with a closed stretch element, while extras such as a concealed safety zipper, contrast stitching, and a leg extension of approximately 5 cm ensure comfort and flexibility.

The CHICAGO is available in sizes 28 to 52, each in various inside leg lengths (standard, minus, plus). Care instructions: machine wash at 60 °C, do not bleach, tumble dry at low temperature, iron at a maximum of 110 °C. Robust work trousers that combine visibility, protection, and comfort for demanding areas of application.
