High-visibility vest Bilbao

The DASSY® BILBAO high-visibility vest is a highly functional bodywarmer that offers significant advantages, especially in changeable weather. It is made from the fluorescent HiVis fabric PES 70 (approx. 200 g/m²) with a polyurethane coating, making it waterproof, windproof, and breathable at the same time. A warm lining provides additional insulation and comfort on cooler days. The vest is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified and complies with the EN ISO 20471, Class 2 (XS–S Class 1) standard, which guarantees visible high-visibility performance.

The vest features many well-thought-out details: a system zipper for zipping into outer jackets like the DASSY® ATLANTIS parka, an inner zipper for customization or company logos, a concealed long front zipper under a flap, press studs for fastening, an extended back, and multiple pockets – two side pockets with flaps, a chest pocket, a Napoleon pocket with a zipper, a mobile phone pocket, and inner pockets. Reflective strips with a width of 60 mm for XS–M and 50 mm for L–3XL provide increased visibility. Double or lapped seams ensure durable workmanship.

The vest is available in sizes XS to 4XL and in several HiVis color combinations. Care instructions: machine wash at 40 °C (gentle cycle), do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry, as the coatings could otherwise be damaged. An ideal protective layer for professionals who want to combine their workwear flexibly – visible, protected, and comfortable.
