AlphaTec® 2500 STANDARD Coverall Model 111 (formerly Microgard®) WH25W-00111, white

The AlphaTec® 2500 STANDARD Model 111 (formerly Microgard®) is a technologically advanced disposable protective coverall designed for maximum barrier performance in highly sensitive work environments. At A+S Technigro, we draw on almost 50 years of experience to offer you PPE solutions that provide reliable protection even under extreme conditions. This Category III coverall is made of high-quality, microporous polypropylene laminate non-woven fabric (approx. 65 g/m²), which combines exceptional strength with high breathability.

It is air and water vapor permeable, which significantly reduces heat stress for the wearer without compromising protection against liquids and particles. The safety features of this model are impressive: the suit meets the highest requirements of EN 14126 (protection against infectious agents) and offers an effective barrier against blood and body fluids according to ASTM F1671. The ultrasonically welded seams guarantee excellent liquid and particle tightness, while the certifications as Type 3-B, 4-B, 5-B, and 6-B cover a wide range of applications – from chemical handling to the remediation of biological hazard areas.

Practical details such as elasticated hoods, waists, cuffs, and ankles ensure a secure fit. Integrated thumb loops prevent the sleeves from riding up during overhead work, and the front zipper is additionally protected by a resealable storm flap. The AlphaTec® 2500 is also antistatic according to EN 1149-5, low-linting, and offers protection against radioactive particles according to EN 1073-2. Available in white and in a comprehensive range of sizes (usually from S to 3XL), this suit is the first choice for industry, municipalities, and waste disposal companies. Trust in the expert selection of Technigro for safety technology that makes no compromises on hygiene and protection quality.
