SHIELD-EFFECT WELD 5 Safety Glasses

The COFRA SHIELD-EFFECT WELD safety glasses are specialized eye protection from the WELDING product line, designed for demanding welding and soldering tasks as well as operations in foundries and furnaces. The polycarbonate lens in "Weld 5" shade provides comprehensive protection against sparks, radiation, fine particles, and intense heat. It is equipped with an anti-scratch and anti-fog coating, ensuring clear vision even under difficult conditions. The safety glasses meet the relevant protection standards EN 166 (general eye protection), EN 169 (welding filters), as well as the UKCA marking, documenting their suitability for professional use in challenging work environments.

The frame consists of a robust combination of polycarbonate, nylon, and TPE, offering high stability while maintaining comfortable wear. Adjustable temples and soft nose pads ensure a secure, customized fit during extended use, thereby supporting fatigue-free work. Weighing only 34 g, the SHIELD-EFFECT WELD is particularly lightweight and comfortable despite its intense protection.

These safety glasses are ideally suited for all types of welding (including gas welding), soldering, foundry operations, and work involving furnaces, where the highest standards for eye protection and visual comfort are required. They are offered in a practical retail bag and are available both individually and in larger packaging units, making them the perfect choice for teams and companies with high safety requirements.
